**Responsibilities**

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

* Entering data into various systems, databases, and records with accuracy and attention to detail
* Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel spreadsheets, to manage and analyze data
* Summarizing data for standardized reports and presenting findings to stakeholders
* Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation
* Organizing paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed
* Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data security protocols
* Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless data management processes

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
* Excellent typing skills, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently
* Prior experience handling data entry responsibilities or equivalent experience in a related field
* Self-directed and able to work without supervision, with a high level of autonomy and independence
* Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel spreadsheets
* High School Diploma or equivalent
