**Key Responsibilities**
* Entering data into appropriate fields, databases, records, and files with precision and speed
* Utilizing excellent typing, writing, and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients
* Summarizing data for standardized reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity
* Typing data directly and accurately, with a focus on minimizing errors
* Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation, ensuring data integrity
* Organizing paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed, maintaining a tidy and efficient workspace
* Collaborating with colleagues to resolve data entry-related issues and improve processes
**Requirements**
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak confidently, clearly, and professionally for voice recording data
* Prior experience handling data entry responsibilities or equivalent experience in a related field
* Self-directed and able to work without supervision, with a high level of autonomy and accountability
* Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel spreadsheets, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets
* High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and data analysis
