Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, computer science) preferred. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field. Excellent typing skills (25+ words per minute) and accuracy in data entry. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail). Ability to work in a fast-paced online environment, meeting productivity and quality targets. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with data entry software, such as Excel, Access, or specialized data entry tools.
