As a remote data entry specialist, you'll be part of a collaborative team that's passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Part Time Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, patients, and healthcare professionals through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. Your primary focus will be on processing new patient enrollments, handling medication requests, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities** * Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methods and rules to process new patient enrollments by entering information into the relevant system. * Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing. * Investigate to obtain missing medication data and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes). * Resolve all data entry-related exceptions and special cases. * Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and make outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis. * Resolve external exceptions by researching, gathering data, making amendments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual arrangement requirements. * Make phone calls to support plans and others to acquire data, gain abrogate endorsement, or otherwise resolve the external exceptions. * Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and at other locations. * Recognize and convey issues to senior-level staff as necessary. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, business, or a related field). * Strong computer skills, including: + Essential level PC abilities (e.g., starting and closing the PC, using the mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing documents, and accessing data online). + Basic web search skills, including: - Opening a program - Writing in URLs in the correct location - Using a web search engine - Bookmarking a webpage - Exploring using back/forward/stop buttons - Completing forms online * Transitional level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, arranging reports). * Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. **Preferred Qualifications** * At least one year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment. * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction. * Transitional to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, arranging documents). * Familiarity with Spanish and English. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary starting at $23/hour. * Flexible, hybrid remote arrangement for this position. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance. * Paid time off and holidays. * Access to ongoing training and education programs. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply today!
