You'll work closely with our pharmacy team to ensure accurate and efficient data entry, while also providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages. **Key Responsibilities** * Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methods and rules to process new patient enrollments, entering information into the appropriate system while adhering to HIPAA guidelines. * Handle patient medication requests, including entering refill orders for processing, investigating missing medication data, and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes). * Resolve external exceptions by researching, gathering data, making amendments, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements. * Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and at other locations, recognizing and conveying issues to senior-level staff as necessary. * Acquire a dynamic professional license or certification within the initial 90 days and maintain a current professional license or certification. **Essential Capabilities** * Basic computer skills, including: + Starting and closing the computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing documents + Accessing data online * Basic web search skills, including: + Opening a browser + Typing URLs in the address bar + Using a search engine + Bookmarking a webpage + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing online forms * Transitional-level keyboarding skills, including: + Typing at least 25 words per minute + Typing by memory + Organizing reports * Effective communication skills, including: + Writing clearly and concisely + Speaking clearly and professionally **Preferred Capabilities** * At least one year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction * Transitional to advanced-level keyboarding skills, including: + Typing at least 35 words per minute + Typing by memory + Organizing documents * Familiarity with Spanish and English **Benefits of Working at arenaflex** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.
