**Job Summary**

As a Part Time Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing patient enrollment, and handling high-volume customer inquiries. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain the highest level of quality and accuracy in all aspects of your work.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Utilize careerzynith's remedy information entry methods and rules to process new patient enrollment, entering information into the appropriate system.
* Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
* Investigate to obtain missing medication data, decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolve all data entry-related exceptions.
* Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and make outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis.
* Resolve external exceptions by researching, gathering data, making amendments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual arrangement requirements.
* Make phone calls to support plans and others to acquire data, gain abrogate endorsement, or otherwise resolve external exceptions.
* Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and at other locations, and recognize and convey issues to senior-level staff as necessary.

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, business, or communications).
* Strong computer skills, including:
+ Essential level PC abilities (e.g., starting and closing the PC, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing documents, and accessing data online).
+ Basic web search skills, including:
- Opening a program
- Composing in URLs in the correct area
- Using a web search engine
- Bookmarking a webpage
- Exploring using back/forward/stop buttons
- Completing forms online
* Transitional level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, arranging reports).
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* At least one year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment.
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction.
* Transitional to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, arranging documents).
* Familiarity with Spanish and English.
