* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence
* Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize data collection, analysis, and reporting processes
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics
* 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze large datasets
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience using advanced features such as pivot tables, macros, and data visualization tools
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics
* Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
* Experience with data management tools such as Google BigQuery, Amazon Redshift, or Microsoft Azure
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly
* Certification in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
