**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Data Entry Operator, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
* Generating monthly and daily inventory reports
* Assisting the Back Office and Sales teams with inventory and production-related inquiries
* Supporting the CFO with reporting requests
* Assisting the Controller with month-end closures
* Conducting various data review and consolidation activities
**Minimum Qualifications**
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* Educational background in accounting (a plus)
* 1 year of related experience
* Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, with expertise in vlookup and pivot tables
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to quickly adapt to change and manage multiple tasks with accuracy
* Strong time management abilities and effective problem-solving skills
* Skilled in working with arithmetic and mathematical concepts
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
* Experience working with data entry software and systems
* Familiarity with accounting principles and practices
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
