Use scanners to read bar codes on products, maintaining high accuracy rates
View prompts on screens and follow directions for tasks, demonstrating adaptability and attention to detail
Troubleshoot problems, providing solutions and escalating issues as needed
Ensure product meets quality requirements, adhering to strict standards
Operate power industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or pallet driver, and work at heights up to 35 feet, with equipment training and certification provided free of cost
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
Lift up to 49 pounds, demonstrating physical stamina and endurance
Push utility carts up to 60 pounds, showcasing strength and agility
Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts, maintaining a high level of physical activity
Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, demonstrating manual dexterity and coordination
Go up and down stairs (where applicable), navigating challenging environments with ease
Work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable), showcasing comfort and confidence in high places
Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and others
