**Job Summary**

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for:

* Accurately inputting and updating data into careerzynith's database and software systems
* Verifying data for completeness and correctness, identifying and correcting errors as needed
* Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and adhering to data protection regulations
* Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve data discrepancies and ensure data integrity
* Generating and preparing reports as requested by management, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
* Managing and prioritizing multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and operational goals
* Assisting in developing and improving data entry processes and protocols to enhance overall efficiency

**Key Responsibilities**

**Essential and Preferred Qualifications**

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software
* Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data entry tasks
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Basic knowledge of data protection and confidentiality practices
* Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work

**Experience**

* No prior experience required; however, experience in data entry or administrative support is a plus
* Familiarity with database management and spreadsheet software is advantageous

**Working Hours**
