Job Summary As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk at Blithequark, you will play a crucial role in our customer support process. You will be responsible for receiving requests for technical assistance from customers, opening requests, and submitting them into our ticketing system for our Help Desk technicians to review. Your attention to detail, exceptional typing skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. Key Responsibilities: Receive and process requests for technical assistance from customers via various channels. Open requests and submit them into Blithequark's ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review. Review each open ticket to determine the outcome from the Help Desk (e.g., problem resolution, coordinated calls, etc.). Email responses to customers to provide updates and ensure exceptional customer service. Maintain organization and focus to ensure each ticket is closed out quickly and efficiently. Collaborate with the Help Desk team to resolve customer issues promptly. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: No prior experience is required, but applicants with previous IT Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service experience for a technology company or busy online retailer are highly encouraged to apply. Exceptional typing skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working on a computer all day. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer service or IT support role.
