* Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and ticket status
* Collaborate with Help Desk technicians to resolve complex issues and provide timely updates to customers

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* Previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticketing or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer
