As a remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience, and you'll have the opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment. **Key Responsibilities** As a part-time remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for: * Receiving requests for technical assistance from customers and submitting them into blithequark's ticketing system for review by Help Desk technicians * Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome and ensuring that customers receive updates and exceptional customer service * Emailing responses to customers to keep them informed and satisfied * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket resolutions * Collaborating with Help Desk technicians to resolve complex issues and provide timely support to customers * Staying organized and focused to ensure that each ticket is closed out quickly and efficiently **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Previous experience in I.T.
