**Job Summary**

As a Part-time Remote Data Entry Clerk / Administrative Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a vital support role in our office, working closely with our accounting and sales departments to ensure the smooth operation of our business. **Key Responsibilities**

* Process sales data, update accounting records, and maintain our customer relationship management (CRM) database with accuracy and attention to detail
* Handle mail, deposits, and follow up on leads in a timely and efficient manner
* Provide administrative support to our accounting and sales departments, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to our internal teams
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
* Perform other administrative tasks as required, including data analysis, reporting, and special projects

**Essential Qualifications**

* Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
