Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Remote Data Entry and Integrated Data Analyst to join our team. As an Integrated Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in serving as a subject matter expert for all Integrated Data Collection and Analysis Tool (IDCAT) related analyses, providing concise and indicative insights to drive business decisions. This is a hybrid role that requires a minimum of three days of on-site work at our Corporate Campus, with the flexibility to work from home for the remaining days. Key Responsibilities Ensure the timely and accurate submission of monthly FAA reports Administer all aspects of the IDCAT software, including customer support and feedback monitoring for Flight Instructors/Evaluators Support all Integrated Data Collection and Analysis Tool (IDCAT) software-related administrative tasks, including accounts, new user support, and more Download Tableau data to the arenaflex server and populate current dashboards Analyze, create, and visualize data in Tableau workbooks/dashboards Categorize and organize Instructor/Evaluator measured devices and feedback for assessment Support IDCAT observation form format and generate/create data collection paperwork within the software Perform regular training data analyses as defined in AC 120-54a and identify gaps in effectiveness in current Flight Ops Training Assist in and provide assessment support for the quarterly data review of the Data Integration Agency (DIG) and AQP Execute and deliver data requests as needed to support the Flight Ops Training (AQP) staff Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Intermediate level experience in data analysis and visualization, project management, and Tableau data visualization Knowledge of database management, analysis of large and complex databases, and data visualization skills (Tableau, Alteryx, etc.) Intermediate knowledge of statistics and math concepts, with strong research abilities and attention to detail Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in developing presentations and strong writing, speaking, and presentation skills Excellent partnering, communication, and negotiation skills in working with diverse teams and departments Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in a relevant field Experience in integrating qualitative and quantitative datasets Knowledge of enterprise airline operations and proficiency in building relationships with all levels of employees Ability to resolve complex problems and perform tasks with minimal supervision Ability to adapt to changing situations and adopt new techniques and methodologies as needed to meet corporate objectives Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
