**Job Description**

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

* Taking inbound calls to assist with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings, and advocating for solutions that will help consumers improve their creditworthiness.
* Helping consumers understand credit bureau processes and educating them on appropriate steps to request corrections.
* Receiving customer requests for assistance, identifying support needed, and either helping or forwarding requests to the appropriate functional area.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service and technical support assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
* Interpret and respond to customer requests, putting yourself in the customer's shoes to understand their needs.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions.
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed support.
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time.

**Qualifications**

* High School Diploma or GED.
* At least one year of customer service experience.
* Comfortable using a computer to perform operations.
* Ability to pass a criminal background check, employment verification, education verification, credit check, and a drug screen.
* Flexible work environment: ability to work remotely, but you must be a US resident living within 45-60 minutes of Van Buren, AR.
* High-speed internet service (minimum 25 mbps download/ 5 mbps upload).
* Ability to work on camera using your computer's webcam for remote training.
