**Position Overview**

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing world-class assistance to our customers from the comfort of your own home. You will engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, maintain accurate and detailed customer records using our CRM software, and stay updated with the latest arenaflex products, services, and policies.
