**Job Summary**

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

* Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilizing excellent communication skills to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
* Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with ease and efficiency
* Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes with accuracy and attention to detail
* Upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and exceed expectations

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer care and focus, assessing customer needs and providing the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
* Manage multiple communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems
* Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes with accuracy and attention to detail
* Upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and exceed expectations

**Requirements**

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
* Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively
