As a key member of our National Campaigns Unit, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients during the critical proxy season, helping them communicate effectively with their shareholders and achieve their goals. **Job Summary:** We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a proxy season support specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients' shareholders, handling inbound and outbound calls, and ensuring that our clients receive the support they need to succeed during this critical period. **About arenaflex:** arenaflex is a leading provider of business and technology services, accelerating business transformation for our clients. We're a strategic partner, helping our clients capitalize on change and master the momentum of technology. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide exceptional customer service to our clients' shareholders, handling inbound and outbound calls, and responding to emails and other communication channels. * Support our clients during the proxy season, helping them communicate effectively with their shareholders and achieve their goals. * Handle a high volume of calls, responding to shareholder inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. * Work closely with our clients' teams to understand their needs and provide tailored support to meet their objectives. * Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the proxy season. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to provide expert guidance to our clients and their shareholders. **Essential Qualifications:** * High School Diploma or equivalent required. * Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a contact center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. * Minimum of 6 months of outbound call experience, with a strong ability to persuade customers to complete tasks (e.g., sales, payments, upgrades). * Clear and professional speaking voice, with the ability to communicate effectively with affluent customers. * Ability to read and interpret call scripts verbatim, with a strong attention to detail. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Teams, and other relevant tools. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. * Ability to work in a stressful environment, with a strong ability to de-escalate situations and maintain a professional demeanor. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in a proxy season or similar environment, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges. * Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices. * Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. * Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with a strong ability to communicate and collaborate with team members. **Equipment Requirements:** * arenaflex will provide laptops to all agents, which will be shipped to their physical address. * Agents will need to have their own USB headset and 2nd monitor, which can be purchased prior to the assignment starting. * Must have the option to hard-wire into their internet, with a minimum speed of 50 download/10 upload. **Pay and Benefits:** * The pay range for this position is $20.00-$20.00/hour. * Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits, which may depend on job classification and length of employment.
