As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* **Responding to Incoming Customer Calls**: Respond to incoming customer calls and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
* **Booking Appointments**: Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy and attention to detail.
* **Maintaining Excellent Communication Skills**: Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, both internally and externally.
* **Identifying and Escalating Issues**: Identify and escalate issues to supervisors as needed, and collaborate with the team to resolve complex problems.
* **Adapting to Changing Guidelines and Procedures**: Adapt to changing guidelines and procedures, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow.
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **High School Graduate or G.E.D. Equivalent**: A high school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
* **Minimum of 1 Year of Experience**: A minimum of 1 year of experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment is required.
* **Excellent Communication Skills**: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
* **Ability to Pass a Background Check**: The ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality and discretion.
