As a Flight Service Administration Representative, you'll be responsible for handling a wide range of tasks, including:

* Processing airline steward organization obligations, such as finance, time away cycles, family leave recodes, and preparing for training and travel
* Handling telephone requests and performing various duties connected with planning airline steward organization obligations in both the Semi-automated Business Exploration Climate (Saber) and Team Movement Global positioning framework (Felines)
* Understanding and explaining arrangements and procedures as per the AA/APFA Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement
* Managing a high volume of calls and communicating with various departments, including airline stewards, management, and the association addressing airline stewards
* Reporting conversation records with accuracy and in a timely manner
* Providing clear and concise information to customers and resolving issues presented over the phone in accordance with policy and procedure

**What You'll Do**

As a Flight Service Administration Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

* Handling telephone requests and performing various duties connected with planning airline steward organization obligations
* Understanding and explaining arrangements and procedures as per the AA/APFA Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement
* Managing a high volume of calls and communicating with various departments
* Reporting conversation records with accuracy and in a timely manner
* Providing clear and concise information to customers and resolving issues presented over the phone in accordance with policy and procedure

**Favored Capabilities**

We're looking for candidates with:

* A Bachelor's Degree
* Experience working with a provisional work group and knowledge of the airline steward JCBA
* Past call center or contact center experience
* Strong client service and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels throughout the organization
