Key Responsibilities Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner Utilize salesmanship skills to maximize sales opportunities and meet sales goals and expectations Provide lighting and home décor solutions that are beneficial to the company and attractive to the customer Prevent customer returns and ensure customer retention through reasonable negotiations and effective problem-solving Partner with management to resolve escalated customer and product issues, identifying trends and communicating them in measurable terms Provide proactive and consistent follow-up to customer inquiries via phone or email, responding to every customer email the same day Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including summaries of inquiries, actions taken, and expectations set forth Adhere to the company's QA program standards, demonstrating a commitment to providing the highest quality of service and continually improving performance Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience or a retail background, with call center experience being highly preferred.
