**Job Description**
As a Customer Care Executive - Sales, you'll play a critical role in managing inbound and outbound voice processes, customer service inquiries, and lead conversions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Managing inbound and outbound voice processes and customer service inquiries
* Supporting new customer registrations and managing customer queries and feedback via email or phone
* Managing leads and customers via click-to-call and references
* Converting leads into customers through effective communication and relationship-building
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong and diverse skillset, including:
* Inbound and outbound customer service experience
* Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
* Ability to communicate clearly and resolve queries within defined SLA's
* Positive language usage across interactions
* Proficiency in using technology to manage customer interactions and data
**Essential Qualifications**
* SSC/HSC/Any Graduate or equivalent
* 1-5 years of experience in voice process (minimum 1 year)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Telemarketing experience (1 year preferred)
* Total work experience (1 year preferred)
* Customer service experience (1 year preferred)
* Punjabi language proficiency (optional)
