**Job Description**
As a Part-Time Remote Contact Center Customer Service Representative – Inbound/Outbound, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer calls, emails, and chats, providing exceptional service and support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Handling inbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
* Making outbound calls to customers to follow up on their accounts, resolve complaints, and collect payments

* Working significant overtime hours during times of heavy claims, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs and issue resolutions
