**Job Summary**
As a Part-Time Remote Chat Specialist (CS), you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through online conversations, providing accurate information about our products and services, and capturing valuable leads for our clients. **Responsibilities**
* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
* Provide detailed information about our products and services, helping customers make informed decisions and driving sales for our clients
* Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our clients
* Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients build strong relationships with their customers
* Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to our clients
* Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments
**Qualifications**
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills are a must, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
* Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence
* Gaming experience is helpful, but not required
**Requirements**
* Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills are a must
* Strong ability to multitask and adapt to change

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence
