You will play a key role in maintaining the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance, while also ensuring that customer orders are delivered at the right time, to the right location. You will work closely with various support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans to meet business objectives. **Key Responsibilities and Job Elements** * Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional performance and customer satisfaction * Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure operational excellence * Collaborate with support teams to develop plans to meet business objectives, including: + Safety: Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment + Engineering: Collaborate with engineers to optimize workflows and improve efficiency + Loss Prevention: Work with loss prevention teams to prevent theft and ensure inventory accuracy + Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure high-quality products and services + Human Resources: Work with HR teams to develop and implement training programs and employee engagement initiatives * Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach to perform tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment * Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts, working in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud * Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include outside loading departments) * Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs) **Our Fulfillment Network** Our fulfillment network is a dynamic and rapidly growing organization that launches new Operations sites every year.
