Support billing processes and maintain accurate records: Assist with billing processes, maintain accurate records within our electronic database, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Assist with general operational tasks: Provide support to the management team as needed, and contribute to the smooth operation of our practice. Organize meetings and office events: Ensure effective communication throughout the organization, and coordinate meetings and events to support our team's success. Required Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and healthcare professionals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications, with excellent organizational abilities. Self-motivation and reliability: Self-motivated, reliable, and adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Familiarity with medical or psychological terminology: Familiarity with medical or psychological terminology is advantageous but not required, as we provide comprehensive training to support your success. Qualifications High school diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a minimum of two years of experience in an administrative role. Administrative experience: A minimum of two years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within healthcare, psychology, or customer service sectors.
