We strive to give 110% every day, focusing on making someone's day, upholding our ethos, and ensuring raw milk safety. **Position Overview** We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Admin and Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will involve both administrative tasks and customer service responsibilities, with a focus on maintaining excellent communication with our customers and coordinating with our Amish team. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to a company that's making a positive impact on the world. **Key Responsibilities** ### Administration & Data Entry * Perform data entry for dairy cow sheets and conduct weekly analysis to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. * Handle applications and submit necessary forms in a timely and efficient manner. * Maintain calendars and schedule appointments to ensure seamless communication and coordination with our team. * Assist with human resources tasks, including handbook updates and paperwork, to ensure compliance and accuracy. * Organize and manage our Google Drive to ensure easy access to important documents and information. * Manage customer emails, calls, and texts to provide exceptional customer service and support. ### Customer Service * Answer calls, texts, and social media inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to our customers. * Coordinate with our Amish team to ensure seamless operations and effective communication. * Schedule deliveries and manage customer communication regarding raw milk herdshares to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our customers. **Essential Qualifications** * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and stakeholders. * Experience in administration and customer service, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and support. * Proficient in Google Drive and other office applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a farm or agricultural setting, with knowledge of regenerative farming practices and principles. * Familiarity with raw milk production and distribution, with a strong understanding of the importance of food safety and quality control. * Experience working with Amish teams or communities, with a strong appreciation for their values and traditions. * Certification in customer service or a related field, with a strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development. **Why Join arenaflex?** This is a unique opportunity to be part of a meaningful mission while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
