**Job Description:**

Job Summary:

Under the direct supervision of the Manager/Department Head or designee, the Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and administrative support services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, directing patrons/patients, and performing a full range of data entry and administrative support services.

Core Job Responsibilities:


Receive visitors at the front desk, greet, welcome, direct, and announce them
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Receive and sort daily mail, ensuring timely and efficient processing
Address and escalate customer complaints in a empathetic and solution-focused manner
Provide information about facilities, programs, and other services to patients, families, and visitors
Access and respond to e-mails in a timely and professional manner
Scan and maintain documents, ensuring accurate and secure storage
Perform electronic data entry, assist in the preparation of correspondence, and maintain data and correspondence
Prepare materials, agenda, notes, and handouts for meetings and events
Perform other duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment


Education/Experience Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:


A High School Diploma or equivalent
0-1 years of related experience in a healthcare or administrative setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
