**Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Ramp and Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner. Your duties will include:
* Greeting passengers and providing a seamless check-in and ticketing experience
* Utilizing our reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes
* Loading, unloading, and sorting freight, mail, and baggage in a safe manner
* Achieving on-time departures and arrivals
* Operating company vehicles to transport bags to their destination
* Working in all weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors
* Providing assistance to passengers with disabilities and special needs
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
