**Job Summary**

As a Part-Time Pharmacy Technician & Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will play a critical role in supporting our pharmacy operations and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers. You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including answering phones, responding to orders, handling client complaints, and triaging incoming faxes. **Key Responsibilities**

* Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including answering phones, responding to orders, and handling client inquiries
* Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times
* Clarify orders as needed to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of pharmacy operations
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, as required

**Requirements**

* Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License
* Previous experience in pharmacy, with a focus on customer service and communication
* LTC pharmacy experience preferred, but not required
* Knowledge of brand name and generic medications, as well as their uses and side effects
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
* Great telephone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients and customers in a professional and courteous manner
* High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on healthcare or a related field

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Frameworks/ECM knowledge, with experience in pharmacy operations and customer service
* Previous experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on customer service and communication
* Certification in pharmacy technology or a related field, such as PTCB or ExCPT
