**Key Responsibilities**

As a part-time Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including answering phones, responding to orders, and resolving client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
* Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
* Clarifying orders as needed.
* Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information and order details.
* Collaborating with the Data Entry Manager to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* An active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License.
* Previous experience in pharmacy, with a preference for LTC pharmacy experience.
* Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in frameworks and ECM knowledge.
* Great telephone etiquette and a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
* A high school diploma or equivalent.

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:

* Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software systems.
* Certification as a pharmacy technician (CPhT) or a related field.
* Experience working with diverse populations, including patients with complex medical needs.
