**Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including data entry, order processing, and customer service tasks
* Answering phones and responding to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Handling and resolving client complaints and inquiries in a fair and efficient manner
* Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times
* Clarifying orders as needed to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Collaborating with the Data Entry Manager and other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* An active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License
* Previous experience in pharmacy, with a preference for LTC pharmacy experience
* Knowledge of brand name and generic medications
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
* Great telephone etiquette and communication skills
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Frameworks/ECM knowledge is a plus, but not required
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a customer service role
* Knowledge of pharmacy software and systems
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
