**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Part-Time Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, your key responsibilities will include:
* Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including answering phones, responding to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries
* Handling and resolving client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner
* Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times
* Clarifying orders as needed
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients
* Collaborating with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless customer experiences
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License
* Previous experience in pharmacy, with LTC pharmacy experience preferred
* Knowledge of brand name and generic medications
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Moderate to advanced computer skills required
* Great telephone etiquette a must
* Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus
* High school diploma or equivalent
