**Key Responsibilities**

* Handling each interaction with care, professionalism, and a strong attention to detail
* Working effectively in a remote environment with high dependability
* Collaborating with our team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter, Call Center, or similar role
* Excellent communication skills, including active listening and strong verbal and written communication
* Service-oriented mindset and ability to discern the caller's reasons
* Proficiency with Amtelco platform, and/or ability to learn efficiently
* Optimistic and creative approach to problem-solving, even in challenging situations
* Remote work discipline and ability to work effectively in a remote environment with high dependability
* Continuous learning and self-improvement mindset
* Familiarity with contact center software and Microsoft Office suite (a plus)
* Bilingual (a plus)
