Responsibilities As a Live Chat Support Specialist at Blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Providing prompt and courteous customer support through live chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by following established policies and procedures, and escalating complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary. Documenting and tracking customer interactions and resolutions accurately, using our CRM system and other tools. Staying updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers, and making recommendations to meet their needs. Managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting productivity and quality standards. Collaborating with other teams, such as sales and operations, to ensure seamless customer experience and resolve issues efficiently. Requirements To be successful as a Live Chat Support Specialist at Blithequark, you will need: Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in customer service or live chat support is preferred, but not required. Strong written communication skills and the ability to type quickly and accurately. Ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in using computers and navigating multiple systems and windows. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus. Experience with CRM systems and other customer service tools. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
