**Key Responsibilities**

* Conducting a simple intake questionnaire to gather essential information
* Creating a new record for each claimant in our system
* Performing data entry tasks with high accuracy and speed
* Providing clear and concise communication over the phone to clients
* Assisting with basic administrative support tasks as needed

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* 1-2 years of experience as a call center customer service representative, front desk receptionist, or client intake specialist in a professional office setting
* Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and accuracy
