Job Overview The Part Time Insurance Customer Service Representative will play a critical role in our organization, providing top-notch support to our clients who have filed claims. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, completing intake questionnaires, and creating new records for each claimant. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to effectively interact with clients, answer their questions, and provide timely resolutions to their concerns. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls from clients who have filed claims, providing empathetic and professional support throughout the process Conduct simple intake questionnaires to gather necessary information and create new records for each claimant Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Provide basic administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and performing other duties as assigned Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of client concerns Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and company policies to maintain expertise and provide informed support to clients Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that align with our company values and mission.
