Our culture is defined by our entrepreneurial spirit, innovation, client centricity, and an indomitable will to win. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Part-Time Insurance Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, including regular communication with clients via phone and email, processing requests for various insurance documents, and general administrative duties as needed. This part-time position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. **Responsibilities** * Respond to client inquiries via inbound phone calls and email correspondence in a timely and professional manner * Assist with scheduling and preparing materials for meetings, including preparing and sending reminders and notifications * Prepare and process requests for certificates of insurance, including verifying policy details and ensuring accuracy * Assist with insurance applications and submissions for both new and renewal business, including gathering and reviewing documentation * Maintain exposure schedules, including vehicle, equipment, and property for clients, to ensure timely renewal and expiration notifications * Monitor account contracts and policies to prevent missed expiration dates and ensure compliance * Perform other administrative duties as needed, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping **Qualifications** * Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, and Adobe Acrobat * Experience with insurance customer database programs is a plus, but not required * Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on communication, multitasking, and organizational skills * Ability to handle occasional pressures related to completing tasks within time frames and meeting deadlines * Must be able to work independently and prioritize effectively, with the ability to work on projects requiring concentration and attention to detail **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues * Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication * Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high levels of quality and precision * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong focus on flexibility and resilience **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At Acrisure, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
