**Key Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Evening Specimen Processor - Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Receiving and routing laboratory specimens for testing, ensuring timely and accurate processing
* Data entering lab requests, double-checking test orders, and recognizing when corrective action is needed
* Working in a laboratory environment with biological hazards and PPE requirements, championing safety, compliance, and quality control
* Collaborating with our team to provide exceptional support to patients and healthcare providers, without being face-to-face
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills, with typing proficiency, including 10-key
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we're looking for candidates with:
* 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing
* Data entry experience in a production environment
