**Job Type and Working Hours**

We're looking for a Part-Time, Remote Customer Support Representative to work evening shifts (Flexible hours within the range of 4 PM – 10 PM EST). **Responsibilities**

As a Part-Time Evening Customer Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing exceptional support and facilitating smooth user experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Responding promptly to customer inquiries via various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.)
* Identifying and resolving customer issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
* Documenting all customer interactions in the CRM system
* Providing product and service information to customers
* Assisting customers with troubleshooting and technical support
* Collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes
* Following up on customer issues to ensure resolution
