**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer complaints.
* Current residency in one of the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI.
* Reliable high-speed internet with the ability to be hard-wired, ensuring seamless communication and data transfer.
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
