**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and resolving customer complaints
* Current residence in one of the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI
* Reliable high-speed internet with the ability to be hard-wired
* High School Diploma or equivalent
