**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Data Entry Specialist to join our team and support our data management needs. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for entering customer and staff data into our computer databases, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information. **Key Responsibilities**

As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

* Entering alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents using online computer terminals or personal computers
* Keying and verifying results according to established procedures
* Recognizing and correcting errors in original data prior to processing
* Identifying deficiencies in source documents and returning them to the originator for correction
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer and staff databases
* Performing clerical duties to support the office administrator
* Maintaining computerized departmental records
* Ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* Some data entry experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* Excellent data entry skills, including proficiency in using personal computers and software to develop spreadsheets, databases, and perform word processing
* Strong typing and keyboarding skills, with the ability to meet established deadlines
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

**Preferred Qualifications**
