**Position Overview:**

As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for managing work-related information using computers and point-of-sale systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This role involves handling guest inquiries, updating records, verifying data, and supporting operational goals. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, and contribute to the success of our organization by maintaining high standards of quality and service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Enter and update information in computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of data entry.
* Transmit documents and verify information for accuracy and completeness, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
* Operate standard office equipment such as phones, photocopiers, and calculators, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
* Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, adhering to careerzynith's standards of quality and service.
* Build positive working relationships and collaborate with team members, contributing to a supportive and inclusive work environment.
* Maintain a professional appearance and uphold careerzynith's standards of quality and service, ensuring a positive experience for guests and colleagues alike.
* Handle and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance, and perform other physical tasks as required.

**Qualifications:**

* Proficient in using computers and standard office equipment, with experience in data entry and administrative tasks.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor, with the ability to interact with guests, colleagues, and management in a courteous and respectful manner.
* Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
* Capable of standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, with the ability to perform physical tasks as required.

**Pay Range:**

* $18.50 to $24 per hour, depending on location and experience.
