We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Data Entry Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Recruiting area, identifying and contacting potential candidates, and analyzing professional profiles in job portals. If you're a proactive, analytical, and team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
* Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates and improving current processes
* Managing notices in different job portals and evaluating candidates who apply
* Identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for various searches
* Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure seamless execution of projects
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Proactivity and ability to work in a team
* Marked attention to detail in daily work
* 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
* Advanced English level
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* Experience in data entry, recruitment, or a related field
* Familiarity with job portals and recruitment software
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
