We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Part-Time Data Entry Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting our recruiting efforts, identifying and contacting potential candidates, and analyzing professional profiles in job portals. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist with careerzynith, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects and initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
* Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our recruitment processes
* Identifying opportunities for improvement in our current processes and implementing changes
* Managing notices in different job portals and evaluating candidates who apply to them
* Identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for our open searches
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* Proactivity and ability to work in a team
* Marked attention to detail in daily work
* 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
* Advanced English level
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
* Experience in data entry or a related field
* Knowledge of recruitment processes and procedures
