**Job Responsibilities**

As a Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including:

* Performing basic data entry and keying activities with high accuracy and attention to detail
* Working independently to complete assigned tasks, utilizing your problem-solving skills and initiative to overcome any challenges that may arise
* Navigating between two applications effectively, ensuring seamless data transfer and minimal errors
* Cutting and pasting data from one field to another as needed, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
* Communicating via email to coordinate with team members, ensuring clear and concise communication

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

* Ability to use an email system, including sending and receiving emails, and attaching files as needed
* Proficiency in navigating two applications, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
* Capable of cutting and pasting data accurately, with a strong attention to detail
* Availability to work part-time hours from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate for this role:

* Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
* Familiarity with data management software or tools, such as Excel or Google Sheets
