Job Summary
careerzynith is seeking an experienced Part-time Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to work with us on a 3-4 month contract, with the potential to extend or lead to a permanent position. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our internal and external systems, ensuring the integrity of client information and payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities
Enter client employee payroll information and personal employee information into databases in a timely and accurate manner.
Update client or company level information changes, such as delivery addresses, contact information, and State Unemployment Insurance rate changes.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of client taxes by inputting State Unemployment Insurance rate changes.
Work with clients to resolve any data-related issues or discrepancies.
Meet productivity and quality standards, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
Essential Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
At least 1 year of Data Entry experience.
Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Excel experience (1 year or more).
