* Keying and verifying results according to procedures provided
* Recognizing and correcting errors in original data prior to processing
* Recognizing deficiencies in source documents and returning them to the originator for correction
* Maintaining customer and staff databases
* Performing clerical duties for the office administrator
* Maintaining computerized departmental records
* Maintaining confidentiality

* Some data entry experience
* Proficient typing, keyboarding, and file maintenance skills
